A FPR isn't going to help without a gauge to see what your static pressure is. B&M is junk, so if you have one of those, get rid of it and get something that allows you to turn the pressure down.

And point 29 is bogus. A free flowing exhaust reduces backpressure decreasing lag and engine temperatures. A turbo engine will always benefit from a free flowing exhaust of the proper size for the engine and turbo setup.
