I finally found out my cooling system problem (for the moment). On Saturday night I took apart everything:
1) upper hose
2) lower hose
3) thermostat
4) completely drained the coolant from the raditator
5) flushed the whole system for like 10 mins.
6) flushed out all the hoses, thermostat, and the coolant overflow bottle (had lots of gunk in it)
7) reattached everything
8) filled the overflow bottle to min
9) filled the radiator to the neck
10) started the car and then jacked up the front so the nose was pointed up (this tip was given to me by one of my friends since air goes up)
11) I ran the can at idle for 30 mins
12) and kept coming out when I heard the fans turn on since then the thermostat opens up at the same time
13) I probably used up about 1/4-1/2 gallon of Honda coolant
Went to an autocross Sunday morning and had no overheating problems. Weird.
