read this. You would help your top end with more lift and longer duration. You will help you bottom end tork with less duration and lift. Y8 ftw! To gain full advantage with the cam use better flowing intake system and exhaust system. It would be best to do some tuning on the fuel management system with more air you need more fuel. A cam change changes your MAP signal this confuses you stock computer. The stock computers long term and short term fuel trim will fix it up a little but will not be perfect under load.
