I have a 94 accord that makes a clicking sound only when under load and when engine is warm. It does not make the sound while at idle, while in park and revving, or while cruising.

Timing belt was replaced at 80k miles, valves checked and were ok. Distributor replaced with re-man (these are junk) at 86k and again at 86,008.

At 90k it now has this clicking sound, I've tried higher octane fuel, verified timing is correct, no success.

Any ideas?
