I dont get worked up over nothing. It seems to work better, people that wig out over small shit can never get anything done about something importaint. I think i have gotten mad 2 times in the past 2 years. People that know you get a little wide eyed and other's take notice. It is not a slow build up, if something bothers me bad enough, i will just go off. But like i said not often at all. Has to be something that would really enrage anyone else. (beating girls, animals, ect.)
