I think it really sucks when neighbors can't talk it out with the person and instead go right to an association to whine and bitch. Talk about bush league.

That crap pisses me off that you can't just talk to the person...
There is this guy in the neighborhood that does that...he calls the cops on any house party EVEN WHEN IT IS AT 2PM WHEN IT IS LEGAL AND FINE!!!
