If it weren't for the automatic tranny, I'd possibly say to do some of those things. But between the auto and trying to save for your Evo, I wouldn't drop a dollar into it. It won't improve the resale much and unfortunatley, the accord just isn't a performance vehicle. Granted, there are some things that could be done but the transmission is your problem. I don't know who told you the auto is "solid" because these Accords auto is it's archilles heel, big time. A huge number have died due to crappy carrier bearings. Many of these have been V6 models, but the L-4 isn't any champ. You might end up having no problem at all leaving it stock, but with boost, you'd tear it apart, guaranteed. If you really wanted to drop a few bucks into it go you might consider suspension. Get more opinions, but I think this one might be relatively universal.
