MAYBE if it didn't have a 10 dollar SS autochrome turbo manifold which indicates what kind of money this person has and would spend on the car, it also has cheap ass motor mounts, no HASport no care. 1500 bucks I would snag it in a second, pull the motor scrap the car. That is quite a rare motor if it isn't just a valve cover swap also.
