There is a screw next to the throttle body facing the passenger side. Its hard to get to. A thin slotted long driver is required. Honda says to unplug the IAC and set to 500 rpm with a fully warm engine. This should be 700 roughly with the IAC plugged in. I personally just set to 700 without doing any of that. But don't quote me.
