if you want to go the budget route vitara pistons (YCP) and tuner toys rods tune with crome. otherwise weisco pistons and eagle rods. whatever you go with I suggest having it bored over a little to clean up the cylinders(I hear 75.5 vitaras are available now) ARP head bolts are a must and an OEM or cometic head gasket will do the trick. OEM bearings are best but a lot of people are running ACL and others. P&P on the head would help but honda heads are pretty good to start with. It shouldn't be a problem to hit 300hp on 93octane @15-16psi* and 400hp on C16 @25-26psi* Search around there are a few people on HAN with D16 builds and turbod16.com has a wealth of info on d-series motors.

*psi and hp numbers are strictly an estimate based on what others are running actual results are dependent on turbo size and proper tuning
