Hey folks,

I have question regarding vacuum holds. I have replaced all parts in my 1992 Honda Accord LX 4 door which were faulty and/or needed to be replaced. All new orings and compressor hoses. New compressor. System was flushed...new drier etc...

Now the question is, I am able to run a vacuum on both the high and low side ports. I ran it for over an hour...almost 30hg vacuum level showing on low side gauge...and there is a vacuum also on the high side. I closed the ports on the gauge set..and shut off the vac pump. The lowside held the vacuum overnite....however the high side did not. Is this okay? Or does both sides need to have a vacuum. Please let me know.
