Though no one responded. I will still update for the benefit of anyone who might encounter a similar problem in the future.:

It happen to be a problem with my Linear Solenoids.
The solenoids are located on the Transmission casing.

Got a new one off ebay. Installed in 10 Mins.. All cell codes disappeared.
