Turbonics, if the steering wheel was not installed properly your clock spin is damaged. That is the part that looks like a plastic donut with an SRS sticker on it and a ribbon wire coming out of it. This is like a $30 part at a pick'n'pull type junkyard, or 220 at a dealer. You have to replace it if it maked or makes a squeaking sound. Your bags will not work. So replace then reset and you are good to go.
