thats not gonna work. it might seem and feel like thats just being "honest and upfront" but its still borderline creepy. straight forward, but not smooth enough.
just go in there again some time soon, and buy something small... the cheaper the better. but before you buy it, just kinda hang around until you see her and then just say "hi" or wave a hi first. then let her walk up to you. thats when you start talking to her. call her by her name (if you remember or if she has a name tag). dont just say "hey blahblahblah". greet her saying her name "hey patricia blahblahblahblahblah whatever". keep the conversation brief. the point of it is for her to remember you and to ask her out. cut it short by saying something like "i better let you get back to work. it was nice meeting you again. if you dont mind, i'd like to call you sometime so we can just hang out and grab some food or drinks." when she says "sure, that'd be fun", you respond with "cool, you said you live in beaverton too right? so your area code is *** (whatever areacode u fools live in)" and while you're saying this, pull out your cellphone and start entering her phone number already.
