I think you need a complete cylinder head assembly from a Gsr or Type R including: B18c1, JDM b18c spec R or B18c5 head & head cover, c1 or c5 camshafts w/vtec lob & cam gears, vtec silaniod. But more than likely there is more to it than that. I am sure you can find a articles on it if you google search it.
