If the right side bearing is bad then the noise should get louder when you turn LEFT. The noise should pretty much go away when you turn RIGHT. This is caused by the inertia of the car loading the bearing a certain way.
Typically, wheel bearing noises are most noticable at about 40-50 mph.
Just don't let someone sell you 4 struts, 4 brake calipers, 4 brake disc/pad sets and ONE wheel bearing...
