Re: B18C1 swap.
The CAI will not swap over unless you change out the stock GSR intake manifold for an Integra Type R manifold (or keep your B18B1 intake manifold).

I'm not 100% confident on the deck height of the B18C1. Depending on the length of the primary tubing and the position of the collector, your exhaust header may fit.

Assuming your DC4 is a manual transmission car, the B18C1 motor and transmission will bolt in without a hitch.
There will be additional wiring needed to make the VTEC system operational.
And obviously, you will need the ECU from the same year as your engine in order to run the car.

UPDATE: Moved to Engine Swaps.
The gsr intake manifold has a different bolt pattern than a type r or b16 or ls manifold because of it's different runner design. Those intake manifolds will not bolt up to a gsr head.
