Default Help with "how to" on replacing Ignition Switch on 94 Civic?

My 94 Civic with 193,000 miles started acting up on Friday the 13th. The speedo and tach would die and then come back to life. Some times they would just bounce a bit. She got me home (she's never left me stranded) but now she will start but not run.

I noticed when trying to crank her that when the ignition switch is in the RUN position, the dash lights and accessories don't come on like they used to. If I back the key up just a tad, they do.

It didn't take me long to figure out that the ignition switch had gone bad. I've got a replacement on the way courtesy of Ebay.

In short, I sure could use some advice on how to get the old ignition switch off of the steering column and the new one installed.

Many Thanks,

Britt
