jut changing the rings without doing a whole rebuild? My '95 GSR has 210k miles and its smokes a little when you are really winding it out. It uses oil at about 600-700 miles per quart depending on how hard you beat it.

I guess you could also replace the pistons with new pistons of the same siZe, replace the con rod bearing and oil pump ,water pump and timing belt. I had the head redone when the timing belt broke so it has new valve seals.
