I would change the Timing belt, Tensioner, Water pump, Front Camshaft oil seals, and Oil pump seal while your in there. Every 90K is about right.
Can't seem to find the Oil pump seal... Do you mean the Oil Pump Gasket or the Oil Pump Screen?
