I have a Honda Torneo (Accord) SiR (Engine F20B) (Tiptronic)
While driving My D4 light would suddenly start blinking.

After pulling the CEL codes and D4 codes they are as follows:

CEL Codes 7 and 70
After going through this useful thread. I was able to determine that codes 7 and 70 is TPS (will replace) and Malfunction with Automatic Transmission Controls respectively. The latter is kinda vague and I expected the code from the D4 to narrow it down a bit.

The D4 code is 23
I have not been able to get any information on this code even after using the search function.
The original images from Post 1 are not longer available.

Can someone please tell me what a D4 23 code is.
Any info on this would be great appreciated.
