Hi I need to change my fuel filter.. i don't think its ever been changed it's a 94 civic ex has 350k miles runs good.. just started to get a little weird on start up.. anyone know a good site to help me do it myself. Thanks..

Also My speedometer kicks on and off, I would think it's somthing loose,, anyone know where that little loose wire is i can tap? THanks for all the help.
