That's correct.
You'd also have to wire up a new ignition setup but that's relatively easily accomplished.
Just have to put in an MSD setup and set the base timing manually, which would just be static since there wouldn't be any computer controlled advance.
The only real hard part is figuring out how the hell to jet the carbs.
Actually, that isn't even all that hard. But due to the redline of a B16, you'd need to move up to 45mm DCOEs instead of 40's for best performance, could probably even get away with using 48mm DCOEs to make the most power.
