I'm a network systems engineer & DBA. I really enjoy my job b/c there are always challenges and I get to travel f/ time to time. I've been w/ the company about 15 months now.

I think at this point in time that 5 years with ANY company is a long time. This seems to be because most technology industries evolve in about 4-7 year cycles, and with change, people seem to move around.
