On the alarm thing, if you can hear it TRYING to unlock them or something similar to that, then take off your door panel...


There are two rods going TOWARDS the edge (the handle) of the door, they're held onto another bar that's connected to the inside handle/lock by this simple little clamp thing. Just take off the door panel and look at that, tighten it to make sure it's not just sliding back and forwarth.

That would explain it locking but not unlocking. Mine did it for a while (and now my driver side lock is actually siezed, I have to get a new LOCK assembly, FUQ).

Anyway.
If you aren't hearing it even try then it's probably your actuator (sp?). Take ti to the shop that installed it and ask them to look at it for free and see if they agree that it's the actuator, if they do; try to get them to replace it at their cost since it could be a warranty issue.
