Do a search. It's been covered a trillion times, give or take a few million. For the 4th gen accords the rotors are pressed on to the hub and require tools that the average DIYer is not likely to have. You'll be best off taking it to a mechanic. It shouldn't run you more than $250 to have them both replaced. Good luck!
