I completed the virus scan on the rest of my computer
and found no viruses. I then noticed the (cut off virus alarm)
tab and did just that.
I now have no virus alarms and I am satisfied that I
have no viruses in my computer now.

You'd think the subject of the first email he replied to "Your trouble ticket has been closed" would have told him we already closed the ticket. :rofl:
