D16 motors are cheap. I've seen them go for less than $500. If you have a little money than sure why not swap it? Its gonna be better than your CX motor and it has potential down the road if you want to mod it.
ive said it before, but word has it in kali they leave them outside shops hoping theyll be gone by morning, so they dont have to deal with it.
