I dont like expanding foam because of the mess. It is not going to be fun if you ever have to do work in the inner panels.

If you have dynamat and your goal is to lessen the road noise, there are probably specific spots where you can place it. I know "theotherdave" have done this with his Integra and can provide some feedback. I will link him this thread.
