Thanks for the info. I'm tempted to try the Bosal.

The shop I went to tried two different mufflers and I had the same results. I talked to a Honda dealer and they, of course, said I was getting deeper noise because I didn't use a Honda muffler. They said that the honda mufflers were tuned to the RPM range of car. I realize that the muffler they put on was probably generic in the sense that it will fit a number of cars but I have a hard time believing that only a Honda muffler will quiet my car. Any thoughts?
