A basic overbore isn't for power, it is meant to remove a small amount of material to remove any scoring on the cylinder walls and make sure that they are not out-of-round or tapered. You would have to sleeve anything over an 82 mm bore on a B18/B16.

Fuel rail is unnecessary as well as the FPR. 310's should be fine without having to mess with the fuel pressure.
