Bosal is an aftermarket OEM type replacement. If you buy it from Autozone, it comes with a lifetime warranty and is a direct fit, meaning, not a bunch of clamps holding a generic muffler in between pipes. I use Bosal and have had good fit and relatively good life out of them (3 to 4 years).
For Honda OEM you can obviously go to the dealer or buy online from Majestic (also a dealer, but cheaper)-hondaautomotiveparts dot com. I don't know the brand of Honda's though.
