I just read a old thread and it seems that Asics (sp?) are the best. I'm picking up a pair on ebay for like ~$60. Waiting for the auction to end and i'm picking it up cause the seller is local so I save on shipping too.
Go to a running store and get your stride checked. That'll determine the kind of shoes you need. Then shop brands and see which one you like the best.
