Oh, I have that one. : ) That's the New Year's special. He has blue eyes and anime windows. I think I got that from the infamous "Spawn seller".

It's mint, sealed box, unused ... but it seems like it might have been stored in a basement or something. The cardboard feels nothing like my other 2. It's a bit rough on the finger tips.
