i have searched and found a lot of info on this topic but i still had some questions.

i am doing a drum to disc on my civic and the trailing arms bushings are wasted whats they best way to get them out without buying the $160 tool that i will use once. and am i supposed to take the whole thing with the metal ring or just the rubber inside. thanks
