The inner tie rods are a bit hard you will have to take the boot off so you will need the boot clamp tool to re install the clamps. After that their is a washer that is folded over the inner tie rod flat spots. Bend them back and you will need a bit adjustable wrench that will fit on the flat spots. From their you have to re fold the washer you just need a hammer and a big flat punch.

It is alway smart to re alight because you will re use or use a new outer tie rod end and this will mess up the front toe.
