Aight, sounds good to me, you guys do know what your talking about after all. But just for clarification, He did not sugegst taking the engine to another shop for the actual swap, I did. I asked him if I could have the number of the third party company who is obtaining the engine and purchase it myself, and then bill him for it and he said ok, I am then taking it to another shop where I know the owner to be put in. Secondly, I dont live in the states, I live in Ontario, Kitchener to be precise. Thirdly, I am keeping my old engine, it is mine, and I plan on rebuilding it myself, at a leisurely pace since my friend is a a former C&C'r and now a nissan mechanic and has access to machining equipment....

And oh yeah, I realize he is not an actually cert Acura/Honda dealer....when i say dealer I'm simply refering to the used car dealer I bought the car from...

I think the reason why he is eager to give me a lil help is cause I threatened him with legal action, cause he didnt follow due diligence and my brother is a lawyer, originally he wasnt gonna help in the elast, and said "it is no responsibility of mine" but the minute I brought up court he kinda turned around...
