Soooooo I talked to the dealer, and the engien he proposed getting was from another third party company based out of Toronto, that imports engines from japan, they also offer a full 6 month no clause warranty, sooooooo If anything and I mean anything is worn or wrong with the enigne they will replace it for me. Even i its just burning oil
So what I did, was get the dealer to purchase th engine for me through this third party with a warranty for it ad Im gonan take it, and get it put in by another local shop I deal with regularly here, where they are reputable, and I will pay for the labour.....How much do you think the labour portion will run me?

Not sure where you live, but some states frown upon JDM engines when it comes time for inspection. Just something to think about...
In my opinion, you should have found somebody to overhaul the engine you have. Then you know that every dollar spent went towards new parts and theres no sketchy conditions if you need warranty work down the road. Cost is probably on par with the "swap" your paying for.
I'm willing to bet they will keep the engine thats in your car and sell all the useful parts on it, in addition to what you are paying them. Add everything up and you'll see why they were so persistent in you buying another engine.
And now they are ordering it for you and allowing another shop to install it? This is yet another sign to steer clear of that shop.
