1 day in the classroom....2 hours maybe? The rest out in the parking lot of some school....or whatver.

1. Bring your own helmet and gloves - the ones they provide smells
2. Wear ankle covering boots, jeans, and long sleeves - they tell you this btw
3. NEVER be late - I've seen a guy late 10 minutes and he was dropped from the course. They arranged for him to take it at another class session, but it's still a pain in the ass.
4. Listen to everything the instructors tell you - the ones I had were awesome. They tell you how it is out there because they also ride on a daily basis.
5. Have fun and ask questions

It's a cool course dude. Money well spent
