and secondly ... i can see it being an honest mistake, we used to keep juices in the same containers as the mixes, but we labeled ours. i really hope this lady doesnt sue, it's not like the manager intended to do this. i feel bad for the guy
its applebees.. :dunno: most of their margaritas are the frozen ones anyways.. so they just premix it i assume.
it sounds like their might be a chance that the lady wont sue them, just because she said she wasnt planning on making a big deal out of it, until her kid got sick.
