my boss was trying to figure out how to make a podcast. she could not figure it out at all and was even watching a podcast that explained how to do it. she gave up after 10 minutes and said that she'd wait for the mac guy to show her.

its not that hard..

i personally think that one of the main people of a support center should be able to figure something like that out.
