If you're staying the night, most of the "night life" is on Speedway and University Blvd area near the U of A.
There is a strip club called TDs on Speedway, and there is a bar called Omalleys off 4th Avenue and 6th Street.
I'd probably skip the strip and just go straight to the bar h:
