i find it hilarious when people have absolutely zero spelling knowledge.

a couple weeks ago, i was on the phone with some dumb chick at a insurance claims call center... she asked for my location, and i said "LA, California." so she says "LA? how do spell that? E-L-A-Y?"

i was speechless.
