well based on experience the cheaper intake tubings ( eBay type ) tend to suck and produce a gawd aweful noise. Similiar to what your hearing.

I bought one of those ebay intakes and I only had it installed for 15 minutes.
After i installed it I drove around the block came back home, removed it, installed my stock one and put the ebay one in the trash.

Would you be able to return the one you have for an AEM one? I think those are much better
