get a schizle and a hammer and take out the broken screw.

and for the broken thread i'd do the exact same as stereo said^^^

i over torqued 4 different bolts and i definately regret it. tapping it was a pain in ass. first 2 were over torqued but the other 2 just broke w/ out any power.
