Two points:

1. You get what you pay for... maybe.

2. Companies like Earl Scheib and Maaco are locally owned franchises, so the quality of work and service will vary from shop to shop. One guy's experience in Pittsburgh may or may not have anything to do with the shop(s) in San Berdoo. Two different shops in San Berdoo may be completely different. It all depends on the individual franchise owner.
