Its not the fuel filter, I had mine on for 5+ years not a single problem.
I would think it has to do with being tuned on Crome...
Do you have a stock GSR computer to test it with?
IMO if the CEL is telling you that your O2 sensor is bad, then this is the reason you are experiencing jerking...
Fix that first, then go from there.
