They've busted several "homeless beggars" here that weren't homeless, they were just out for the money people give away feeling sorry for street people. A couple of them were making upwards of $300 a day. The other ones that get me are the ones with the sign "Homeless will work for food." I caught one coming out of his apartment (approximate rent 800-1000 per month) asked if he wanted work because I had some holes that needed to be dug for posts. Surprise! Surprise! he didn't want to do the work it was too hard. He was brazen enough to ask me just for the money. I was only willing to pay him the same amount I paid my son for digging postholes ($15 each) he could dig three an hour sometimes, sometimes less (rocky soil) and sometimes more (sandy soil).
