I can relate to douchebags who drive large trucks, be it pickup or SUV.
Obviously not every single person driving something like that deserves the DB title but when the majority do fit that description, it's a fair stereotype.
I know from experience, lots of large trucks around my area. The large number may actually lower the percentage of them that lack self control, are insecure, think they're better than those who don't sit as high up off the road as they are, etc. but there's still a lot.
