I have a 1995 integra that was originally non-vtec, I had it swapped less than a month ago with a 98-spec jdm B18c itr motor and Lsd trans. Jays racing intake, smsp header, magnaflow 2.5 in and out cat, and a GReddy Evo2 exhaust. It also has a p28 ecu tuned with crome.

I noticed while driving, it sometimes wants to jerk? as if you were quickly tapping the gas pedal.

I checked the cap and rotor button, and it was also converted to external coil so I checked the voltage and everything was in almost perfect condition. I changed the spark plugs with NGK oem V-Power plugs. (.44gap)

I thought it might be out of time, so I had it checked and it was also perfect.

I have a (CEL) code 41, O2 sensor causing it to run a little rich.

I have no idea what it could be. Someone said it could be the clutch slipping? Also heard it could be the O2 sensor?
